About our Pizzas
All of our pizzas are made from the freshest, locally sourced and Italian ingredients.
Our premium quality SourDough is made from an original Neapolitan recipe which allows greater elasticity of the dough, promoting a superior final flavour. The dough is made using only the finest ingredients, with no artificial preservatives, flavours or GM materials. Our dough is low in fat and has a salt content of less than 1%, so great for a health conscious appetite.
For our pizza sauce, we use only the very best sweet San Marzano tomatoes D.O.P. grown in the volcanic region of Mount Vesuvius. These are claimed to give an unparalleled distinct sweet flavour.
We then add our own mix to give it a unique signature taste.
All of our pizzas are finished with fresh basil and delicious extra virgin olive oil.
Our pizzas are handstretched and topped, then baked in our unique Land Rover wood-fired oven at a heat of around 450°C. This intense heat locks in all the natural flavours, creating a soft delicious light Crust like no other.
